- Through third-party platforms used on the site: Tally (admissions form) and Zeffy (online donations).

We process data for the following purposes:
- Managing admissions applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with families — legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Responding to contact and information requests — legitimate interest or steps at the data subject’s request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Website traffic analysis and improvement through Google Analytics — consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) where required for analytics cookies.
- Administering donations through Zeffy — performing the requested transaction and applicable legal obligations.
- Complying with legal obligations applicable to the school and the controller.
5. Children’s data
During admissions we process data relating to minor students. These data are provided by a parent/legal guardian through the application form and are used solely to assess the application, communicate with the family and, if admitted, organize school activity.

6. Recipients and processors
Data may be disclosed to or processed by:
- Tally — online form platform used for admissions applications.
- Google LLC — Google Analytics for website usage statistics (subject to analytics cookie consent).
- Zeffy — online donation processing.
- Hosting, email, and IT maintenance providers acting as processors under contractual safeguards.
- Public authorities where required by law.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (for example Google, Tally, or Zeffy) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on GDPR-approved safeguards (adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or other applicable legal mechanisms).
